Assistant Corporate Administration Officer

Main Duties:
- Provide quality and professional administrative service and support to ensure smooth running of the Administration & General Affairs Department
- Supervise office administration functions including carpool management, courier services, gardening, office cleaning and related outsourcing liaison
- Monitor and update administrative process documentation and procedural manuals
- Involve in other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration work
- Solid supervisory skills on front-line staff preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented, detail-minded, self-motivated and independent
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of both Chinese and English
