Assistant Corporate Administration Officer

Main Duties:
  • Provide quality and professional administrative service and support to ensure smooth running of the Administration & General Affairs Department
  • Supervise office administration functions including carpool management, courier services, gardening, office cleaning and related outsourcing liaison
  • Monitor and update administrative process documentation and procedural manuals
  • Involve in other ad hoc projects

Requirements: 
  • Diploma holder or above in related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration work
  • Solid supervisory skills on front-line staff preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented, detail-minded, self-motivated and independent
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
