• Design, install, modify and maintain the HVAC/MVAC system and other mechanical systems
• Formulate maintenance strategy and schedule
• Responsible for tendering, design work, project planning, site supervision, commissioning and operation of E&M projects- Handle effectively all service requests, complaints and contingencies
• Lead a team of technicians in day-to-day engineering and maintenance work
• Supervise and evaluate contractors’ performance; ensure such contractors’ employments are cost-effective and up to company’s standard

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical or equivalent qualifications
• At least 3 years of HVAC/MVAC experience in project management, construction site or maintenance work
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Familiar with any other system(s) in building services or mechanical field will be an advantage
• Holder of REW certificate will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
