Engineer – Electrical/ Building Services

Main Duties:
- Design, install, modify and maintain the High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) power supply systems and their
monitoring system
- Perform emergency maintenance for HV/LV systems
- Formulate maintenance strategy and schedule
- Responsible for tendering, design work, project planning, site supervision, commissioning and operation of E&M projects
- Handle effectively all service requests, complaints and contingencies
- Lead a team of technicians in day-to-day engineering and maintenance work
- Supervise and evaluate contractors’ performance; ensure such contractors’ employments are cost-effective and up to company’s standard
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in independent project management, construction site or maintenance work;
- Familiar with High/Low Voltage and/or Electrical systems
- Holder of REW Grade B and H or above will be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
