• Maintain financial information systems including user maintenances and permission maintenances
• Generate regular maintenance reports for review and analysis
• Arrange data interfacing among financial information systems and also internal database server
• Design and implement internal reports/macros/program scripts to fulfil user requirements
• Comply with company’s data and system security policies
• Assist internal users on financial system enhancement projects
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

• Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Accountancy, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, with knowledge on container terminal / shipping / logistics industry is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge on Crystal Report, SQL server and MS Access is advantageous
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Financial Systems Officer
