Engineer – Process Improvement & Training

Main Duties:

  • To analyze current processes to drive continuous improvement within the Engineering department

  • To review and monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and make necessary adjustments

  • To provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems

  • To perform data analysis to optimize equipment performance in terms of productivity, reliability and cost effectiveness

  • To maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) database and prepare regular reports to management

  • To prepare presentations on findings and recommendations to management

  • To handle ad-hoc projects as directed by the management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines including Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, System Engineering or related disciplines

  • 3 years’ relevant experience in continuous improvement projects is highly preferred

  • Possess Lean Six Sigma Green Belt above, or equivalent training would be an advantage;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, responsible and detail minded

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer

  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
