Senior Human Resources Officer

Duties:
We are inviting candidates of high caliber to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be a member of the C&B team supporting the delivery of quality HR services in accordance with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. He/she will be responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration and management reports preparation. In addition to the primary roles, he/she may also take part in other C&B initiatives such as salary surveys, annual compensation review and other HR projects.
Requirement:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years’ solid experience in C&B from sizable corporations
- Well conversant with Employment Ordinance and other HR related statutory regulations
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to handle payroll data, reporting, and analysis efficiently
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and customer‑focused, with strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Well‑versed in Microsoft applications; prior exposure to HR systems such as Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft is an advantage
- Able to work and perform independently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- A positive, responsible, and energetic team player
